Returns, changes and cancellations

[Deadline for returns, changes and cancellations]

Returns and changes after product delivery are only accepted if the product is unused and within 30 days of receiving it.
If the product is defective, we will change or replace it.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns after the product has been used.

If you have ordered a large number of items, we may contact you in advance to confirm that the contents and quantities are correct. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of placing your order, we may cancel your order.

We are currently strengthening the monitoring of credit card transactions to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards. As a result, we may cancel your order in the following cases based on certain conditions.

If your order is cancelled based on such transaction monitoring, we will notify you accordingly.

Please note that we will not be able to answer any inquiries from customers regarding the content of the review in relation to the incidents that have occurred as a result of this response.

Please note that even if your payment has passed the credit card company's screening, we may have to cancel it due to this procedure.

If the product is defective, we will cover the cost.

If the reason is due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the costs.
